I've spent over 35 years coaching athletes and developing performance at a high level.
As a former Division 1 football player at the University of Iowa, I was trained in an environment built on discipline, structure, and accountability. That standard shaped how I approach performance—and what it actually takes to sustain it over time.
My background in strength and conditioning isn't theoretical. It's built from decades on the field and in the weight room, working with athletes and professionals who expect results—not hype. The principles don't change. Only the application does.
